You’re not broken.

You’re not dramatic.

And you’re not alone.

If you’re in your 30s, 40s, or 50s and thinking:

  • “Why do I feel off, but my labs are ‘normal’?”

  • “Why is my sleep, weight, mood, or energy suddenly harder?”

  • “Why did no one warn me about this?”

This event is for you.

Menopause and perimenopause affect every woman who lives long enough — yet most of us walk into this season confused, dismissed, and piecing together information on our own. That ends here.

This two-hour, in-person, free event brings together trusted local providers to give you clear, evidence-based education, real talk, and space to ask the questions you’ve been holding onto.

No quick fixes.
No fear tactics.
Just honest information and practical next steps.

Kami Schaal, RN, NC-BC, Menopause Coaching Specialist
Kami is a registered nurse with over 3 decades of experience. Her passion is helping midlife women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health again. After years of watching women get dismissed, misdiagnosed, and undereducated about their bodies, she decided to do things differently.

As a board-certified nurse coach, Kami now runs a private coaching practice where she guides women through the mess of perimenopause and menopause with compassion, science-backed strategies, and zero BS. Her clients are tired of feeling overweight, exhausted, foggy, and stuck. They’ve tried all the quick fixes and are ready for real change, starting with sustainable habits that actually work.

Kami is also a wife, a mom of three (one with special needs), and a fierce advocate for women who’ve spent years putting everyone else first.
