Q: Who is this program for?
A: The Menopause Roadmap is for women in their 40s or 50s who are experiencing the challenges of menopause or perimenopause and want sustainable solutions for weight loss, energy, sleep, and stress so they can feel like themselves again.
Q: What makes this program different?
A: It’s not about quick fixes or gimmicks. This program focuses on realistic, science-backed strategies that fit into your life without taking it over. Our philosophy - "the only worthwhile habits are the ones you will actually do". Stop wasting time on programs created for someone else!
Q: How much time will this program take?
A: You’ll need about 30 minutes per day to implement the strategies. Coaching calls are 1 1/2 hours (we recommend attending 2 calls per month or more as your schedule allows). We have built in "catch up" weeks so you will never feel behind. Our program caters to busy women. You deserve the time to take care of yourself because we know you have spent decades taking care of everyone else.
