A: The Menopause Roadmap is for women in their 40s or 50s who are experiencing the challenges of menopause or perimenopause and want sustainable solutions for weight loss, energy, sleep, and stress.
Q: What makes this program different?
A: It’s not about quick fixes or gimmicks. This program focuses on realistic, science-backed strategies that fit into your life without taking it over.
Q: How much time will this program take?
A: You’ll need about 30 minutes per day to implement the strategies. Coaching calls are 1 1/2 hours weekly (we recommend attending 2 calls per month or more as your schedule allows). Our program caters to busy women...and also...you deserve to set aside time to take care of you!
